NMBS –YCWA of Nepal completes RiseUp! training-

"Mobilizing Women for Leadership, Advocacy and Mental Health" from December 1-5

Nepal Mahila Bishwasi Sangh-YWCA of Nepal has successfully completed the 3 days of #RiseUp! training today.

The facebook page of NMBS reads: “Nepal Mahila Bishwasi Sangh-YWCA of Nepal has successfully completed the 3 days of #RiseUp!-year 2 local level training amongst the young girls aged between 18-30 at Bhaktapur.
This training has equipped 31 Local Young Women (LYW) with leadership skills, knowledge, and values with focusing on the thematic issue of Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights(SRHR).
Also, this has enabled LYW in building support from peers, partners, families, and communities to have greater self-esteem through localized transformative training.
Thank you, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade -DFAT and the World YWCA for supporting and leading this impactful initiative at the grassroots level.”
Also, in next two weeks, YWCM is going to organize a 5 days of training on “Mobilizing Women for Leadership, Advocacy and Mental Health” from December 1-5, 2023.
