‘It’s a joke’ for Democrats to put Biden up as candidate- MP Fiona Scott

Former Liberal MP Fiona Scott says “for the Democrats to put up a candidate like Joe Biden, is a joke.” Ms Scott said she didn’t like either candidate for the upcoming US presidential election but she believed Donald Trump would win because his support base was stronger than Joe Biden’s. “At the end of the day there are still groups that are passionate about Trump and passionate about Biden,” she told Sky News host Andrew Bolt. “The people that are passionate about Trump, I believe, are probably stronger. “The more that people like Biden sit in the basement, the more I think the polls will tip toward Trump and I think Trump will possibly fall across the line.”
