FNCN Chair Gahatraj found using fake certficate-
Court releases summary judgement of 1 year imprisonment!
Kathmandu, November 20-
In a letter issued by the Kathmandu District Court today, FNCN chair CB Gahatraj is described to have used falsified documents, leading to 1 year imprisonment.
Sujan Uparkoti had taken the case against Gahatraj, argued by Advocate Kishor Sapkota, on which the court gave the verdict on November 10, 2024.
Gahatraj has earned massive notoriety as he was found lacking in clean conduct in terms of financial transactions, personal conduct, and even usurping church land and property. Many came out last couple years accusing him of fraud and deception. “Now his days of cheating and blackmailing are over,” one close observer commented.
The scribe was also in the team in the party UCP he led, which he abandoned after waiting for some time to see if Gahatraj would improve and settle his transactions.
