22 years of service to the victims of trafficking by Asha Nepal marked

Asha Nepal marked its 22 years of service to the victims of trafficking as well as rape, and other vulnerable people. It was the 22nd Annual General Assembly of the foundation, where the inmates of Asha Nepal shared their suuccess stories, life struggles, and the love and shelter they got at Asha Nepal under the able leadreship of its Founder and Director Bimala Thapa.

The programme was emceed by Sumadhur Mainali where Priscila Mainali presented the Progress Report, Geeta Shrestha updated the Financial report, and Mrs. Draupadi Rokaya, the chair of the Executive Committee honored the Founder Director Bimala Thapa, and appreciated Mrs. Anju Dhungana for her initiative in starting rescuing women during delivery crises by airlifting them to hospitals.

Mrs. Dhungana, an undersecretary at the Ministry of Women and Children, remarked she is impressed by the genuine worke of Asha Nepal and encouraged the team.
